At FirstProMed, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of medical equipment, our return policy is limited.

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • The item is damaged upon delivery

2. Return Conditions

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Provide photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Return Process

  1. Contact customer service

  2. Submit visual proof and description of the issue

  3. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, we will either:

    • Send a replacement

    • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

4. Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse

  • Opened or used items without valid reason

  • Custom or special orders
